I used Puff Pastry Recipe from the book Irresistible Pastries by Alex Goh. Really easy-peasy and within 2 hr, I managed to enjoy this sumptuous Chicken & Mushroom Puffed Pie. I prepared the pastry for about an hour, filling for about 20 min and baking for 10 min. Voila!! Oven hot pastries right in front of my eyes with Hot Tea by my side. I just love my life...krup...krup...krup
