DECO COOKIES

I bought this cookie cutter from WILTON. I didnt expect that it to be this big! It's 5.5" wide and my oven can only fit 2 sets of cookies at one time. I use basic vanilla sugar cookies, came together with the box and it turned out to be yummy!!! I deco those cookies with royal icing and play around with them. Luckily my toddler was playing someting else at the living room...

BLUEBERRY CHEESE TART

I have a block of Cream Cheese laying nicely in my fridge, and a tub of blueberry curd. What a coincidence!!! I made myself a Blueberry Cheese Tart. Well, I could only eat 2 pieces (mini tartlet) and the rest I gave to my in-laws and friends. It's good to share....

PUFF PASTRY

I used Puff Pastry Recipe from the book Irresistible Pastries by Alex Goh. Really easy-peasy and within 2 hr, I managed to enjoy this sumptuous Chicken & Mushroom Puffed Pie. I prepared the pastry for about an hour, filling for about 20 min and baking for 10 min. Voila!! Oven hot pastries right in front of my eyes with Hot Tea by my side. I just love my life...krup...krup...krup

CUPCAKE BOX

I bought this box from here and boy, I was glad to have them! Make my life easier. Make my cuppies look nice, snuggled themselves inside. A friend of mine ordered these cuppies as a Thank You to his co-worker. It's a Vanilla Cupcake with Vanilla Buttercream Frosting and deco with homemade fondant flower. I was inspired by +wondermilk design (sorry guys, I can't help it!!. You cuppies are marvellous!!!)

ENGAGEMENT DOORGIFT

I made this cupcake from Double Choc Cupcake with Choc Frosting, deco with homemade fondant flowers. I put them in an individual transparent container, and I put few ribbons and flower.

My Home Biz

Kitchen has been my fav place in the house, besides my bedroom. I have always cook something and 'forced' my husband and kids to eat. By the look on their faces, I know wether the food should be thrown out into the garbage or not! Luckily, they always put on a smile (i dont know wether they really loves the food or "had" to smile). I will post some photos, cos at the moment I'm using my aunt's streamyx, they live behind our house.

Since January 2009, I registered my company, name Izzati Cakes & Goodies. I cater for all sort of edible doorgift such as cupcakes, deco cookies, personalised chocolate and others. I also bake cakes such as cheesecakes, kek lapis sarawak, kek lapis cream cheese and many others. I love doing all that.
